  Happy New Year, folks!   This year brings with it new hopes, new challenges, and new growth here at  Me   Time   LLC . As you well know, we are ALWAYS looking to improve and expand our ability to better serve you as individuals and our community at large! Here’s some of the exciting changes we’ve made.   We no longer offer facials or esthetics services. With the pandemic raging across the country, we think it best to not expose people to unnecessary risks of transmission. The room is currently being cleared of the unused equipment and supplies to return it to it’s originally intended purpose: the Nama-STAY Care room.  Nama-STAY Care is getting it’s room back! That’s right, folks. Once we can purge the unusable stuff, the kiddos can stay in a room that is separate from the Yoga or Massage rooms. This makes it easier for the kids to play and for their adults to relax.  :) Our hours have changed! We are now open Tue, Thur, & Fri from 8am-6:30pm; Wed 8am-5pm with appointments availab

Reflecting on the past 2 years...

As summer approaches and life is starting to tip toe back to something resembling “normal”, self-care has never been so important! Let us celebrate that we’ve survived 2020 and the pandemic, though not unscathed. Both have left a mark on our lives and in our hearts like a scar upon our souls. We’ll tell our grandchildren about “back during the pandemic of 2020…” and regale stories of sorrow, fear, adaptation, survival, and, ultimately, triumph. Last year at this time, we had just reopened to the new reality that was the COVID-19 world. It was a struggle to adapt to the ever-present threat of illness. However, it forced us to see the world in a new light with new and different opportunities.  As a Yoga teacher and a Massage Therapist, I began to grow in ways I’d never perceived before.
